Path Investments PLC - energy and natural resources investor - Agrees to extend the long-stop date for the satisfaction of all conditions related to its acquisition of DG Innovate Ltd to February 28 from Friday. Path says it is making "very good progress" with the acquisition, but the extension will "allow time to conclude matters", including convening in the required general meeting of its shareholders in January.
