One Media IP Group PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based digital media content provider - Reports pretax profit of GBP359,117 in the six months to April 30, down 10% from GBP399,236 in the same period a year prior. First half revenue rose 3.5% to GBP2.1 million from GBP2.0 million. Despite rising revenue, an increase in first half administrative expenses to GBP584,452 from GBP436,591 resulted a slight reduction in profit year-on-year.
Issues no interim dividend. Notes that the board continues to review dividend policy to ensure balance between profit and shareholder returns.
"The group is confident that with its scalable business model, its track record of acquiring assets with recurring revenue streams it will continue to capitalise on the growth of global streaming and deliver increasing shareholder value," adds Chair Claire Blunt.
