IN BRIEF: Octopus Renewables Infrastructure To Buy Spanish Solar Sites

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC - London-based investor in mainly onshore wind and solar projects - Announces it has entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of a 100% interest in solar assets in southern Spain for EUR37.8 million. Says the portfolio consists of four solar PV, or photovoltaic, sites in Andalucia and are expected to be ready to build in January, 2023. Says the assets are expected to have a 175 megawatt peak and should be operational in early 2024.

Current stock price: 110.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 2.3%
