M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Chief Executive Officer Moray MacLennan buys 561,798 shares at 89.00 pence, worth GBP500,000, on Wednesday. Now has 562,149 shares, a 0.5% stake. MacLennan was named M&C Saatchi's new CEO back in November, starting in the job and joining the board on January 1, as part of leadership shake-up that also saw Gareth Davis promoted to non-executive chair from deputy chair. MacLennan joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a trainee in 1983, leaving to help start M&C Saatchi in 1995. He became Worldwide CEO in 2010.
