Declares interim dividend per share of 2.00 pence, in line with a year prior.
Completes three new investments over the six-month period, alongside three private equity realisations.
"Your company has continued to make positive progress during the first half of the financial year and, following the success of the recent fund raising, currently has sufficient liquidity to enable it to continue to progress its investment strategy. The primary near term challenge is the impact of inflationary pressures and the associated risk of constrained economic growth," Maven stated.
