Marlowe PLC - London-based safety & compliance services firm - Acquires compliance & safety eLearning platform DeltaNet International Ltd for GBP3.0 million.

"DeltaNet will broaden the group's service capabilities to existing customers and will offer significant synergies, particularly with the Ellis Whittam and Law At Work businesses," says Chief Executive Alex Dacre.

For 2019, DeltaNet generated Ebitda of GBP500,000 on revenue of GBP2.4 million. Net assets at December 31 were GBP500,000
