Coles is currently an independent investment adviser for Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust. Previously, Coles co-founded and took an executive role at emerging markets company Rexiter Capital Management. Cole's has also held roles at Fidelity International's Sustainable Investing and Edison Investment Research.
