IN BRIEF: Jersey Oil & Gas considering raising up to GBP15 million

Jersey Oil & Gas PLC - North Sea-focused upstream oil and gas company - Confirms press reports that it is in discussions for a fundraising of between GBP10 million and GBP15 million.

Proceeds of the fundraise would go towards maintaining momentum for the next phase of workstreams on the project and strengthen its own cash reserves during farm-out discussions. Stresses that there is no certainty that any funds will be raised.

Current stock price: 188.00 pence, closed down 16% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: up 51%
