Investec PLC and Ltd - Sandton, Johannesburg-based financial services firm - Buys back GBP141.9 million of its GBP250.0 million 6.75% fixed rate notes. As at Wednesday, GBP141.9 million had been validly tendered for purchase after the offer. The bank has said this is part of its "active management of its debt profile and capital base".
