Intuitive Investments Group PLC - closed-end investment company focused on life sciences sector - Investing policy has been changed, after receiving resounding backing from shareholders at annual general meeting. Company can now invest in larger number of portfolio companies and invest more of its assets into a single investee company. In addition, Intuitive Investments can now be appointed as an investment adviser or as manager to third party funds.
"These changes will allow the board more flexibility in generating shareholder returns," Intuitive Investments says.
