IN BRIEF: Integrated Diagnostics continues acquisition talks

Integrated Diagnostics Holdings PLC - consumer healthcare firm with operations in Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, and Nigeria - Says long-stop date with regards to acquisition of 50% stake in Islamabad Diagnostic Center has been reached, terminating the sales & purchase agreement with Evercare IGA Holdings Ltd. Says negotiations are still ongoing, and include consideration of the challenges Pakistan faces economically and geopolitically. If an agreement is reached, it will sign a new SPA with a new long-stop date, IDH says.
