IDE Group Holdings PLC - Croydon-based cloud & IT managed services provider - Says Non-Executive Director Sebastian White resigns, effective immediately. Adds it intends to recruit another non-executive director "in due course".

White was hired to the role in November 2019, having worked as investment director at the company's 8.6% shareholder Kestrel Partners LLP for two years.

Current stock price: 1.88 pence

Year-to-date change: more than doubles from 0.78p on December 31
