i-nexus Global PLC - Coventry-headquartered strategy execution software provider - To raise GBP1.3 million in fixed rate unsecured convertible and redeemable loan notes. Proceeds from issue will go towards providing additional working capital to allow for the implementation of the company's growth plan. Holders of notes can covert them into shares at a price of 10 pence each.

Current stock price: 6.65 pence

Year-to-date change: down 60%
