Goldplat PLC and Papillon Holdings PLC - Africa-focused gold producer and London-based asset manager - Sale of Kilimapesa gold mine in Kenya's completion deadline has been changed to April 30 from March 31, subject to funding commitments of a minimum of USD4 million being received, and the US Financial Conduct Authority review of Papillon's prospectus being finalised and lodged.
"Mayflower and Papillon continue to progress towards Papillon achieving its planned re-admission to the Official List and Goldplat continues to be very supportive and looks forward to completion of the Transaction by the end of April 2021," says Goldplat CEO Werner Klingenberg.
