IN BRIEF: Gleneagle, Gita Chair Buys 150,000 OPG Power Ventures Shares

OPG Power Ventures PLC - Indian power plant operator - Announces Gleneagle Trading FZE, controlled by Gita Investments Ltd Chair Arvind Gupta and his family, has bought 150,000 shares at a price of 18.0 pence each for GBP27,000 in total. Says this increases the Gupta family's shareholding in OPG Power Ventures to 206.6 million shares, which is 52% of the total issued share capital.

Current stock price: 17.40 pence, down 2.6% on Friday

Year-to-date change: up 9.7%
