Dukemount Capital PLC - property management firm - Secures the certificate of practical completion for the Wavertree refurbishment project in Liverpool. The Wavertree project, involved the refurbishment of two residential buildings into a single building and the development of 16 units designed specifically for a housing association which specialises in the supported living sector. Dukemount Chief Executive Officer Matt Thompson said: "The completion of this first project, against the background of Brexit, a general election and Covid-19 is extremely satisfying.
