IN BRIEF: DP Aircraft I interim loss narrows on lack of impairments

DP Aircraft I Ltd - Guernsey-based aircraft leasing company - For the six months ended June 30, pretax loss narrows to USD24.2 million from USD72.0 million the same period a year before, due to the lack of impairment charges of aircraft, more than offsetting revenue more than halving to USD12.9 million from USD27.4 million due to lower lease rental agreements. Net asset value per share as at June 30 was 16.26 US cents, down from 27.81 cents at the end of December.
