Dev Clever Holdings PLC - Tamworth, England-based software developer - Says it continues to work towards completing the acquisition of Veative Labs Private Ltd, with process hindered by Covid-related restrictions that were in place in India earlier this year. The company says the parties remain committed to closing the transaction "as soon as practically possible".

Year-to-date change: more than doubled from 15.30 on December 31
