Dev Clever Holdings PLC - Tamworth, England-based software developer for immersive career guidance and consumer engagement experiences - Says it is to acquire education business Inspirational Learning Group Ltd for GBP200,000 and the issue of 6 million new shares in Dev Clever, subject to a phased two-year lock-in period. In addition, the company will be issuing 500,000 new shares in lieu of introductory and professional service fees. It expects the acquisition to complete by the end of August.
In addition, Dev Clever announces it has secured a breakthrough tactical partnership with Aldebaron DMCC, which secures USD50 million minimum guaranteed revenues over next 4 years. Aldebaron is a Dubai based organisation focused on the distribution, delivery and implementation of consumer facing technology and next generation impactful digital solutions into emerging markets across the world.
Separately, AIM-listed Asimilar Group PLC, which holds a stake in Dev Clever, notes the announcements.
