Dispersion Holdings PLC - will invest in decentralised finance, which uses blockchain and cryptocurrencies to remove financial intermediaries from transactions - Plans initial public offering on Aquis Stock Exchange later this month. Dispersion, which was formed by the co-founders of London Main Market-listing Argo Blockchain PLC, hopes to raise GBP10 million by placing 200 million shares at 5 pence each through Novum Securities and Tennyson Securities. It would have a GBP25 million market value at that price. Dispersion will invest in DeFi platforms in the UK, US and Canada.
