Current CEO Peter Truscott will remain with the business until a handover process is completed. In January, Crest Nicholson announced the appointment of Clark, the chief commercial officer at York, England-based housebuilder Persimmon PLC. Crest Chair Iain Ferguson said at the tike: "Martyn brings a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry which will be of huge benefit to Crest Nicholson at this important time for the group.
