New Trend Lifestyle Group PLC - Singapore-based Feng Shui products maker - Confirms it has submitted documentation to change name to Conduity Capital PLC, but has been informed that formal confirmation from Companies House may be delayed due to the pandemic.
Trading in company's new consolidated shares is expected to commence on Friday under its existing name.
"Further announcements in relation to the placing, share consolidation, disposal and change of name and TIDM will be made as appropriate," says New Trend.
