Collagen Solutions PLC - London-registered biomaterials and regenerative medicines maker - Restructures bond repayments with Norgine Ventures. Collagen will now pay reduced capital amounts from July 1 and balloon payments for the redemption of the bonds have been delayed by either three or six months from September 30 and January 31, 2021, for tranches A and B, respectively. At June 30, it repaid GBP2.0 million against the GBP3.0 million drawn.
