Coca-Cola European Partners PLC - Uxbridge, Middlesex-based soft-drinks bottler - Hires John Bryant to replace Javier Ferran as independent non-executive director, from January 1. Ferran is stepping down after being appointed as chair of British Airways-owner International Consolidated Airlines Group PLC. Bryant was chair & chief executive officer of US food maker Kellogg Co. He is currently a non-executive director of UK-listed caterer Compass Group PLC, and also of packaging firm Ball Corp and department store chain Macy's Inc in the US.
