As a result, pretax loss multiplies to USD6.9 million from USD1.7 million with basic and diluted loss per share 0.53 cents compared to 0.13 cents. Says core theme remains to align with strategic development partners to optimise the value creating potential from the current asset portfolio. Will consider any outright offer to acquire one of the assets based on its merits.
