Capital for Colleagues PLC - invests in employee-owned businesses - Agrees to dispose of additional Computer Application Services Ltd shares to Capital Director Bill Ainscough, as well as TJ Morris Ltd, which is a significant shareholder in Capital. The disposals are for a total of GBP256,960. After the transaction, Capital will have a 28.9% equity stake in CAS. Capital says the disposal reflects continued growth at CAS.
