Company has already returned approximately EUR40 million to shareholders between March 3 and Tuesday, repurchasing 36.7 million shares at an average price of EUR1.09. Says buyback programme may continue until June 30 subject to its ongoing capital requirements, customary termination provisions and to market conditions. Can repurchase a maximum of 76.7 million shares under the programme.
