Bytes Technology Group PLC - Surrey, England-based computer software firm - Appoints Chief Operating Officer Andrew Holden as chief financial officer. Says the COO position responsibilities will be absorbed into his CFO role. Holden spent the last 27 years at Altron Ltd, from which Bytes was spun off in December last year, and has held the position of COO for the past five years, including a period of eight months where he held both the COO and CFO roles simultaneously.
Results for the six months to August 31 will be released on October 28.
