Bowen Fintech PLC - special purpose acquisition company formed to buy businesses in the technology innovations sector with a focus on the financial services industry - Pretax loss for the six months to October 31 narrows to GBP45,047 from GBP108,436 a year before, as it did not pay a share-based payment in the half-year, compared to one of GBP88,050 in the corresponding six months a year prior. Also, does not have any IPO related costs, even though it paid GBP11,888 in expenses last year. Administrative expenses, however, more than triple to GBP45,047 from GBP8,498 year-on-year. Posts no revenue, unchanged from a year ago.
