BMO Private Equity Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investment company - Completes oversubscribed secondary placing of 2.8 million shares, representing a 3.8% stake. The company says it will not receive proceeds from any sale of shares. The placing was originally proposed in yesterday.
Current stock price: 481.60 pence, up 0.3% on Friday in London
