Blackbird PLC - London-based cloud video editing platform - Announces restructuring which will see "a number of people" leave the company. Says restructuring of existing business will save it GBP500,000 per year.

"Our streamlined team located across the major media markets of London, Los Angeles and New York, will continue to service and manage our global clients to an excellent standard," said Chief Executive Officer Ian McDonough.

Current stock price: 6.01 pence, down 3.8% on Monday

12-month change: down 66%
