IN BRIEF: Best of the Best to be delisted as offer at 80% acceptances

Best of the Best PLC - London-based operator of weekly online raffle competitions - Globe Invest Ltd, the investment company of Teddy Sagi, asks Best of the Best board to apply to delist shares from AIM, after mandatory offer for shares at 535 pence apiece reaches 80.7% acceptances, well above the 75% required. The offer closes on Friday next week.

Current stock price: 527.22 pence, down 0.5% in London on Wednesday

12-month change: up 9.8%
