British American Tobacco PLC - London-based cigarette and vaping products maker - Non-Executive Director Luc Jobin buys 45,000 American depositary shares at USD36.43 apiece, worth USD1.6 million, on Friday in New York. Each ADS represents one BAT ordinary share. Jobin will succeed Richard Burrows as chair at BAT's annual general meeting in April.

Current stock price in London: 2,550.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 5.9%
