IN BRIEF: Arcontech appoints Raj Nagevadia as non-executive director

Arcontech Group PLC - London-based provider of real-time financial market data and services - Appoints Raj Nagevadia as non-executive director, effective on October 26.

Nagevadia is the current chief financial officer of Bfinance Ltd, a London-based financial services consultancy. Prior to this, Nagevadia was CFO of SecureData Europe Ltd, a cyber security management service, where he oversaw "a broad range of acquisitions".

Current stock price: 82.89 pence, up 7.7% on Wednesday

12-month change: down 32%
