Explains that it has an option to buy an initial 25% legal and beneficial interest through a staged cash investment of USD150,000 over the Nkombwa project and an option to buy an initial 30% interest in the Blesberg project by issuing GBP337,500 in fully paid-up shares and providing a cash advance of GBP237,500 to Blesberg project shareholders. Proceeds with investments after completion of due diligence.
Proposes name change to Marula Mining PLC and will decide to do so during a general meeting on July 1. Proposes a share consolidation of every 100 shares of 0.01 pence into 1 share of 1 penny that will be discussed during the meeting as well.
