All Active Asset Capital Ltd - London-based firm seeking investment opportunities in the technology, software and artificial intelligence space - Appoints Colin McQuade as non-executive director with immediate effect. Says McQuade is currently chief technology officer for BGL Group Ltd, an operator of comparethemarket.com. Before this, he was head of change technology at Barclays International.

"Colin's vast knowledge and experience within some of the most successful technology companies of the last 20 years will be vital as, through its technology portfolio, All Active Asset moves onto the next stage of its development," says Executive Director Rodger Sargent.

Current stock price: 31.28 pence, down 8.0% on Tuesday

Year-to-date change: up 90%
