(Alliance News) - Irish budget airline Ryanair Holdings PLC said Monday HSBC Bank PLC has taken its interest in the company below the 5% disclosure threshold.
Prior to Thursday's transaction, HSBC Bank held a 5.1% stake in the airline. HSBC Bank's resulting stake was not reported.
Shares in Ryanair closed 2.5% lower in London on Monday at EUR13.50 each.
