(Alliance News) - Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd on Friday said it raised about GBP11 million from an equity issue.
The London-based music royalty investment company said 9.0 million shares were issued at 119.5 pence each, raising GBP10.8 million.
"The net proceeds will be used to fund an investment in accordance with the company's investment policy," Hipgnosis said.
Shares in the company were 0.3% lower at 122.20 pence each in London on Friday morning.
