Hawkwing appoints Kroll Advisory as administrators

(Alliance News) - Hawkwing PLC on Monday named Sarah Rayment and Robert Armstrong of Kroll Advisory Limited as joint administrators.

The appointment follows an application by Hanover Investors Management LLP that administrators be appointed to the London-based firm and was approved in the High Court on February 10.

Hawkwing was formed as a special purpose acquisition company to invest by way of secured loan into one or more companies in the technology sector that provide solutions for specific industries such as digital marketing, medical applications, business and financial services.

Hawkwing was listed on the London Stock Exchange in June 2020, but suspended trading in July 2021 following the announcement of a proposed reverse takeover.
