Gulf Keystone Petroleum Re-Appoints Garret Soden To Board

(Alliance News) - Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd on Tuesday announced the reappointment of Garret Soden to the board as a non-independent non-executive director, effective immediately.

Soden will be representing funds managed by Lansdowne Partners Austria GmbH. He is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of Africa Energy Corp, a Canadian oil and gas exploration company focused on South Africa

Gulf Keystone Petroleum shares were down 2.1% at 92.64 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
