Gresham Computing Appoints Ian Manocha As New Chief Executive

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gresham Computing PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Ian Manocha as its new chief executive, effective from June 1.

Gresham, which provides software to the matching and reconciliation market, said Manocha joins the company from SAS Institute Inc, the business analytics software and services company, where is the head of its high-growth business portfolio.

Gresham's current CEO, Chris Errington, will remain in the role until Manocha joins, after which he will step down but will remain with the company as a non-executive director.

Gresham shares were trading flat at 80.00 pence on Thursday.
