(Alliance News) - GB Group PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Charmaine Carmichael will step down, effective from August 30.
The identity management firm said Carmichael will stand down as she has taken up a new, full-time executive role outside of the company which will prevent her from having enough time to fully commit to her obligations. It added a search is ongoing for a new non-executive director.
Carmichael has been a non-executive director at GB since January 2014.
"On behalf of the board I want to thank Charmaine for her significant contribution during her time at GBG. Her tenure has covered a period of major growth and development for GBG and throughout this time her support and advice has been truly valued," said Chair David Rasche.
The stock closed 0.1% higher at 731.00 pence each on Wednesday in London.
