(Alliance News) - Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Ltd said Monday it has raised GBP64,789 in gross proceeds via issue of 8.6 million shares at 0.75p each to provide working capital for the company.
The new shares represent 16.66% of the enlarged share capital of the financial and technology sector focused investment company.
Shares in Fragrant Prosperity were untraded at 1.99 pence each on Monday morning.
