LONDON (Alliance News) - Focusrite PLC on Thursday said that Founder and Chair Phil Dudderidge plans to sell 1.0 million shares in the firm at 500 pence each via placing.
Dudderidge and persons associated with him, will be assisted in the sale by Focusrite's nominated adviser and broker Panmure Gordon (UK) Ltd.
The final number of shares to be sold will be determined based on market demand, the audio products company added.
Focusrite shares were trading down 1.25 at 491.00p.
