(Alliance News) -Â Credit checking firm Experian PLC on Monday said subsidiary Experian Finance has priced GBP400 million worth of bonds.
The 0.739% bonds are due on October 29, 2025.
"This bond issue extends the maturity of the group's debt portfolio and diversifies its funding sources. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes," Experian said.
Shares in Experian closed down 0.6% at 2,954.00 pence in London on Monday.
