Ten Entertainment Group PLC - Promotes Senior Independent Director Adam Bellamy to non-executive chair, effective from May 5 annual general meeting, having served on the board since 2018. Says current chair, Nick Basing, decided to step down earlier than expected. Julie Sneddon will become senior independent director. Bellamy was chief financial officer of gym chain Pure Gym and is a non-executive director of hospitality firm Loungers PLC. Ten says it is speaking to candidates to join the board as a new non-executive director.

Parity Group PLC - Hires Mark Braund as non-executive chair, effective immediately, replacing John Conoley. Braund is executive chair of cleaning, hygiene and decontamination company React Group PLC, having previously been chief executive officer of building technology firm RedstoneConnect. Parity on Wednesday also reported 2020 results. It narrowed its pretax loss to GBP300,000 from GBP1.1 million 2019, despite revenue falling by 28% to GBP57.8 million from GBP80.4 million, and returned to profit at the operating level. It proposed no dividend.

Agriterra Ltd - agriculture in Africa - Confirms Rui Sant'ana Afonso as CEO, effective immediately. Sant'ana Afonso is based in Mozambique and has been Agriterra's CEO-designate since March last year. Among previous roles, he was director of operations for security services firm G4S PLC in Mozambique. Caroline Havers now will move to non-executive chair from executive chair.

Helios Underwriting PLC - provides direct investment into Lloyd's insurance market - Hires Tom Libassi and Martin Reith as non-executive directors, starting immediately. Libassi is co-founder & managing partner of ILS Capital Management, an investment firm specialising in insurance-linked securities that participated in Helios's recent fund raise. Reith was CEO and then non-executive director of Neon Underwriting Ltd.

Workspace Group PLC - London-based flexible office space provider - Non-Executive Director Maria Moloney will step down at July 22 AGM, having served nine years on the board.
