EXECUTIVE CHANGES: New CFOs for Gulf Marine, nanosynth and Pioneer

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Gulf Marine Services PLC - United Arab Emirates-based lift boat company - Appoints Alex Aclimandos as chief financial officer with immediate effect, replacing Andy Robertson after a year in the role and 14 years in the company. Aclimandos will be joining from conglomerate Qatari Investors Group, where he was also CFO.

Eleco PLC - London-based architecture and construction software - Appoints Rose Clark as interim chief financial officer, replacing Robert Tearle after a year in the role. Clark was most recently chief financial officer for insurance advisory firm Partners&. Eleco is still looking for a permanent CFO.

Oriole Resources PLC - exploration company operating in west Africa - Appoints Eileen Carr as non-executive chair with effect on Thursday next week. She will be replacing John McGloin, who is stepping down to focus on his new role as CEO at Toronto-listed Diamond Fields Resources Inc.

nanosynth Group PLC - digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Appoints Andrew Stedman as chief financial officer and Peter McNamara as chief operating officer with immediate effect, with both appointments being non-board roles.

essensys PLC - London-based software and cloud services for flexible workspace industry - Appoints James Lowery as chief executive officer of its UK & European business, with immediate effect. He joins from FTSE 100 property development and investment firm British Land Co PLC, where he co-founded its workspace offering Storey in 2020.

Pioneer Media Holdings Inc - Vancouver, Canada-based e-sports and mobile games investment company - Appoints Jim MacCaullum as chief financial officer, replacing Andrew Stewart. MacCullum will be joining from Toronto-listed mobile games developer East Side Games Group, where he has been CFO for a year since 2021.
