LONDON (Alliance News) - EQTEC PLC on Friday said it has issued 33.8 million shares to Cuart Investments Fund in settlement of USD300,362 of interest due under a previously signed loan facility.
Following this settlement, the outstanding principal owed under the facility is now USD2.3 million, which together with interest due, will be repaid in monthly instalments until June 2020.
Admission of the new shares to trading is expected on May 30.
EQTEC shares were trading down 4.1% at 0.71 pence.
