LONDON (Alliance News) - Echo Energy PLC on Monday said that Non-Executive Director Fiona MacAulay stepped down from the company's board.
"I would like to thank Fiona for her work with Echo and recent support transitioning Martin Hull into the role of chief executive. I wish her every success in her future ventures," Chair James Parsons said.
Echo shares were trading down 5.8% at 2.78 pence.
