Duke Royalty Sells Interests In Four Resources Companies

LONDON (Alliance News) - Duke Royalty Ltd on Tuesday said it has sold its interests in four resources companies for GBP830,000 in cash.

Duke said it has sold its interests in Australian-listed companies Ausgold Ltd and A-Cap Resources and in Canada-listed Maya Gold & Silver and Revelo Resources.

The funds will be used for working capital purposes, Duke said.

Duke shares were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 38.00 pence.
